Research data management
Research data is a cornerstone of academic knowledge. Making such data lastingly available, and with guaranteed quality, to other researchers is the GWZO’s goal, and of enormous significance in the digital age.
Since spring 2016, the GWZO has been working on setting up a research data management system. The aim is to provide the human and infrastructural resources needed for the coordinated management of research data produced by scientists in their projects at the institute from the outset. Research data will be archived in a sustainable, quality-assured manner, and new uses for the research data will be explored.
